Options and national discretions
The FIN-FSA has compiled a table, below that provides information on how Finland exercises the options and national discretionary rights that are available in the directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC. Another table below presents Finland's stand on the mutual recognition of certain decisions of other financial supervision authorities within the EU.
